HOMESTAY  PROGRAMME

We highly encourage our students to further improve their English skills by immersing themselves into the language. One way to do this is through our Homestay Programme.

This programme gives students the opportunity to speak in English from dawn to dusk.

Our host families have been carefully chosen and most of them have been accommodating MSD students for the past 10 years. They are ready to help the student improve as well as to give him/her the chance to experience Maltese Traditions and, in particular, Maltese home-made traditional cuisine.

Such accommodation is on a FULL-BOARD basis. This means that the host family will provide a breakfast, packed lunch for school and dinner in the evening. Depending on the family, the student may have his/her own room or may share the bedroom with the same-gender sibling of the family. The host family may be hosting other students, and English would be the common language spoken. As a bonus, the student  experiences and learns about other foreign cultures while in MALTA.

HOTEL

5-, 4-, or 3-star hotel accommodation can be arranged upon request.

SELF-CATERING

Self-catering apartments can also be arranged upon request.
